🎓 Eligibility, Experience & Age Criteria

Educational Qualification: Ph.D. in the relevant branch + first class (or equivalent) at preceding degree (M.Tech / M.Sc or equivalent) + strong academic record.

Assistant Professor Grade-II (Contract): Less than 3 years post-Ph.D experience.

Assistant Professor Grade-I (Regular): ≥ 3 years post-Ph.D experience.

Associate Professor: Minimum 6 years’ experience overall (with at least 3 years at Asst. Prof. level or equivalent) + Ph.D guidance + substantial publications.

Professor: Minimum 10 years’ experience (with at least 4 years as Associate Professor or equivalent) + leadership in research and academic credentials.

Age Limit: For Assistant Professor (UR) — preferably below 35 years. Age relaxation applies as per Government norms for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwD.
💰 Pay Scale & Benefits
As per 7th CPC pay levels:
